• Free UPS Ground shipping, no minimum purchase necessary. We also offer Free Returns - View Free Return Policy
• Allow 2-3 business days for processing. We do our best to get your order processed and delivered as soon as possible, but shipping times may vary based on factors beyond our control.
• Weekend delivery is not offered.
• We ship to the United States, APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. At this time we are unable to process international orders.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be glad to refund (less any upgraded shipping costs) your purchase and offer Free Return labels for returning your items to us free of charge. Please keep the following in mind:

• 60 Days

  You can return unworn shoes for up to 60 days from the purchase date

• Original Condition

  Footwear must be in original unworn condition to be accepted for a refund or exchange so please take some time to try on your new footwear inside on a clean surface to make sure you're happy with the fit and look. Do not wear outside or on dirty surfaces unless you plan to keep the shoes.

• Original Boxes/Materials

  Returned footwear must be received in their original shoe box. When you ship the shoe box back to us for and exchange or refund please place it inside a packing box (preferably the original shipping box) to avoid damage as the shoe box is not designed for shipping.

How to Return

Please complete the Return form that was included in the shipping box. Repack the shoes as carefully as possible in the shoe box and put the shoebox inside a shipping box - preferably the one that was shipped to you. Click on the "Returns" link at the bottom of the website and follow the instructions there for how to print out a pre-paid shipping label.
